I began developing websites at the age of 13. By the age of 14, I had an internship with the largest (and only!) web design firm in town. As my first project, I was able to work on a world champion race car driver’s website. It was awesome! I was there for over a year, before leaving to focus on finishing out school. While finishing school, I made a reputation for myself doing freelance projects of all sizes. From there, I moved on to work for an agency for a couple of years, where I was able to get more experience in all aspects of the web. I then moved on to be the development manager for a promotional product company that owned over 50 brands. I was there for a little over 5 years. After that, I secured a lead position with Cellairis, where I lead their development for around 3 years. I then moved on to work for J. Walter Thompson, Specialized Communications (INSIDE).
Over the course of this time, I’ve been able to work on a myriad of projects of all different sizes. From Fortune 10 companies to small start-ups and personal websites.
I consider myself a student of web development. I am constantly learning and perfecting my craft.
