Create a new WCAG 2.0 AA compliant careers website to replace the dated version that the client was using. We had to work around many restrictive guidelines during the course of this project, including the userflow and technologies. We delivered the entire front-end of the website in component based modules that the client’s back-end team then incorporated into their enterprise CMS system. As lead developer on this project, I was managing 8 – 10 developers at one time and their workflows.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Some of the original programming was changed during the CMS implementation. The code that was delivered was exceptionally clean, WCAG 2.0 AA compliant pieces of code.
